life has it twists and turns. i remembered being asking to cover my colleague when she is on holiday. frankly, i don't really enjoy doing her functions. too many tight deadlines. not performing which, it is MAS reportable. i am dreading every moment. wondering why the boss can't get someone else to do that.
life has it twists and turns. i remember coming back from the CER. my bro was sharing with me how the ex-colleague felt coming back to work. she left about 1 year ago. and is coming back as my replacement. she is quite sore about it - coming back to being taught by her subordinate - aka me. she is not exactly my boss but a senior in the company.
life has it twists and turns. for the moment, i was really thankful that i am covering my other colleague and not "teaching" her. of course, i still have hand over some stuff to her. but i am glad that i am not put in the spot of guiding her.
