Butterflies - on piccolo and flute

This assignment is about piccolo and flute.

I am amused with the flutter tongue, not too sure how to denote it but just with the trills makes me happy. It just reminds me of butterflies. Decided to write for the pretty things in this world. This is inspired by my exam piece B2. Listen how the 2 butterflies interact - Suppose to sound like barque.

Sadly, I wanted to have a few things but my garage band doesn't have:-
Piccolo ends up being a shimmering flute
Harp ends up being nylon guitar

And I did this in 3 hours. Thank God for the inspiration.

I choose Gm just to be familiar with the chords and sounds of Gm for sight-reading sake.

Holy Darkness ( Bossa Nova)

Finally the term is over. I really wondered how I actually survived it in the first place. I am glad it is over. I prolly wouldn't do the song in this style every again. But it was an eye opener.

Special thanks to Daphne for playing the first version of Holy Darkness. It sure opened my eyes to the world of Bossa Nova - church song.
